She works closely with residents, handles day-to-day operations, and guides new buyers through the homeownership process. Joanie has been the onsite manager at Dune Creek for many years, serving as a trusted presence and familiar face in the community. She helps with day to day coordination and shows homes. Her watchful presence and strong relationships help keep Dune Creek running smoothly and looking its best.
