Lot rent for new residents:

$575 per month. Includes trash. Does not include gas and electric, water and sewer. First month to be paid up front.

Requirements to purchase a home:

• No evictions in the past 5 years.

• No felonies in the past 10 years.

• Household monthly income at least 3 times the amount of the payment.

• 600 credit score minimum. If you don’t have a credit score please still apply.

• Maximum three pets. No aggressive dogs. No outdoor cats. Dogs must be approved by the community.

• Must have an email address.

• Community only accepts electronic payment and in person CashPay at Walmart. No cash or payment by mail is accepted.

Apply to the community below. It’s a credit and background check through a third party called Innago. There is a fee. Please make sure you’ve spoken with Meagan first and completed a showing of the home before you pay the fee.
